High Roller Technologies announced the full launch of ROLR, a new platform for prediction markets, powered by crypto.com.
The platform has been open to invited-only users since Sept. 15. Its full launch opens it to all eligible users across the U.S. through mobile and web browsers.
ROLR launches prediction markets
High Roller was previously an online gaming company that offers online casino games, including blackjack, slot machines, and live-dealer attractions. Its entry into the prediction industry diversifies its product offerings and opens it up to capitalizing on the momentum surrounding event contracts, which have taken America by storm.
“Today’s full commercial launch of our prediction markets platform is a defining milestone for High Roller as we bring ROLR to the public and begin the next phase of our growth,” High Roller CEO Seth Young said in a press release. “Our goal is to make prediction markets accessible and engaging through an intuitive customer experience, and our experience operating real-money consumer platforms provides a strong foundation for building this business.”
ROLR utilizes an exclusive license and development agreement with mrkts.com and offers access to prediction markets offered by crypto.com. Essentially, ROLR will act as the front-facing platform on which customers will access the markets, while trades will be executed on crypto.com’s infrastructure.
Although this was confirmed as the launch structure, ROLR plans to release unique products down the line.
“This is the ultimate competition,” Young said. “I love that I get to wake up and work in a business like this, on things that I enjoy with people that I like.
“There are many, many things I think that are going to separate us,” he said. “We’re doing a lot of work on product, and I think we can lead in that area in time.”
Finding a lane
Despite just launching in full on Oct. 21, ROLR expects prediction markets to contribute significant revenue in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The launch is supported by marketing and distribution reach through Lines.com, Forever Network, Leverage Game Media and SpikeUp Media. The launch announcement stated that Lines.com had more than four million social media followers, Forever Network generated over 20 billion online impressions in 2025, and Leverage Game Media creates at least 1 billion views annually.
ROLR prediction markets will offer event contracts in a plethora of industries, including politics, sports, finance, weather, entertainment, and more. Users buy and sell “Yes” and “No” outcomes that either win or lose money depending on their accuracy, or if the user swaps them before an outcome is determined.
The platform raised $26 million in funding in January. Although that number is significantly lower than the billions that market leaders Kalshi and Polymarket have received, it was enough to help get ROLR to operational status.
In addition to announcing the platform, ROLR is sponsoring NEXTPredict prediction market summit that is being held in New York this week. Speakers will include executives from DraftKings, Robinhood, crypto.com, Kalshi and Polymarket, among other guests from other industries.
“The commercial launch is the starting point for building lasting customer relationships and growing the ROLR platform,” said Young. “We are supporting the launch with a robust marketing plan designed to introduce ROLR to relevant audiences and convert that interest into active participation. Our priorities are to continually improve the product and execute a disciplined customer-acquisition strategy as we begin generating prediction markets revenue.”
The Trade Handle Prediction Markets Take
ROLR might be starting from the bottom in the ongoing prediction markets arms race, but that doesn’t mean that it can’t succeed. Sports-focused platform Novig recently demonstrated the power of a strong product and an aggressive marketing plan, which included racy ads with actress Sydney Sweeney. ROLR has the infrastructure and exposure to create a niche for itself as it slowly develops in-house options.
