The first thing I noted when preparing my OG review is that Crypto.com powers the prediction site. I found event contracts presented in Yes or No format for predictions on sports, crypto, politics, culture, financials, companies, climate, and economics.
OG offers new customers a Trade $10, Get $10 Welcome Offer, alongside a referral program that offers cash rewards, and an invitation-only VIP program. Join me as I share detailed information about OG, including its bonuses, the site navigation, support channels and much more besides.
What is OG? – An overview of the prediction market website
OG is a prediction market site with event contracts provided by Crypto.com. At OG, you can trade event contracts on sports, cryptocurrencies, politics, economics, and culture. Trading predictions is supported on both the website and the app. Likewise, you can buy Yes or No contracts on any featured events based on whether you think market prices indicate the likelihood of an outcome.
To open a position on OG, select your prediction market and choose Yes or No. When the Order screen pops up, input your order size, whether in dollars or contracts. Review your Order and click “Place Order.”
As long as there's sufficient liquidity, you can always increase your position until the event is resolved. Liquidity is important because OG is a P2P platform; you can only buy if there are traders willing to sell.
Furthermore, you can also close your position by visiting the Portfolio section and clicking “Close.” By closing your position, you lock in your profit or loss: the amount you paid to open the position and the amount you receive when you close it.
When an event is resolved, you'll get a fixed payout depending on your prediction. If your prediction is correct, you will receive $1 per event contract minus fees. However, incorrect predictions result in event contracts settling for $0. So your losses will be equal to the amount used to buy contracts and the fees charged.
There are two types of orders on OG, including in-dollars and in-contracts. Here lies the difference:
- In-dollar order: Trade predictions at the best price available for a specified dollar amount.
- In-contracts order: You place an order by the number of contracts. Your order will fill as many contracts as possible at the best price.
In either case, note that your order may not always be 100% filled due to insufficient liquidity. Again, you can only buy if someone is selling.
Moreover, OG offers a chat feature on every event page that lets you socialize with other traders in real time. You can join conversations in the chat only if you're a registered trader on OG. Note that the site may lock you out of the chat if you send more than one message in a single second.
Leaderboards are also available and updated in real-time. The top 100 traders are featured on the leaderboards based on trading volume and performance.
Also, your rank on the leaderboard can change at any time. Changes may happen as you and other traders complete trades and as events resolve.
What happens on OG when liquidity isn't sufficient
Sometimes, during event contract trading, there may be insufficient liquidity, meaning no one is available to match your specific order. In such a situation, you may be unable to find price quotes to trade predictions, plus closing price for existing positions may be unavailable.
Therefore, you have to wait for another trader to offer a matching price or for the event to resolve before you can close your position.

OG site layout – Prediction market categories are well-organized
I was able to complete my OG review on time due to the intuitive design of the prediction market. I found the event contract categories displayed at the top of the site. Some of the displayed options include Pro Basketball, Politics, Culture, and more. There are also Trending, Live, and Parlay tabs located at the top. You'll find your balance and the menu tab at the top of the site, too.
By clicking the Trending tab, OG instantly displays all the prediction markets in different categories where traders are currently trading event contracts the most. You can select the Live option to find events happening in real-time. For instance, I found event contracts for several tennis games. Trading predictions on live events felt the same as pre-event trading.
Moreover, the prediction market site provides a search tool to find any event of your choice. You can type the event name or select categories from the search bar to view available events. Also, OG allows traders to build a parlay. When I did, all the parlay conditions were from different games, and my orders were placed in contracts.
In the menu bar, I found the “Learn” tab, which provides informational articles about events featured on the site. This feature helps you stay informed about real-world events.
When it comes to the look, OG's main background is black, with a touch of white and dark orange to give it a premium feel.
An overview of the Settled tab
One of the important tabs on OG is the Settled tab. The information here includes Result and Realized PnL. For the results of your event contract trading, OG may show Correct, Incorrect, To be Determined, Tied, or Canceled. When Correct is shown, you'll receive a payout; when incorrect, you won't.
To be Determined only appears on the Result tab if the event is still in progress. Besides, an event may sometimes be canceled; if this happens, OG will refund you, including the fees charged, in accordance with the settlement rules.
For events deemed “Tied,” you'll get $0.50 per held contract. Note that there won't be refunds on trading fees for the event.
Download the OG app to trade predictions on the go
Since I found one during my Kalshi review, I also checked whether OG has an app. Right on the prediction site, there's a “Get the App” tab in the menu that takes you directly to the Play Store or the Apple App Store, depending on your device.
When I tried the app during my OG review, I realized it's more convenient for trading event contracts and creating parlays in sports. I reacted quickly as new information entered the market and prices fluctuated.
Deposit and withdrawal options at OG
There are several options for funding your OG account. The methods I found available include Instant Deposit, ACH Bank Transfer, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Wire Bank Transfer, and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro). OG allowed me to add up to five debit cards.
During my review, I used Instant Deposit by connecting my account via Plaid. My funds appeared immediately. Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay also process deposits instantly. However, an ACH Bank Transfer takes 3 to 5 business days, while a Wire Bank Transfer may take 1 to 2 business days. OG doesn't require a fee during transactions. However, your bank may do so.
The minimum deposit allowed is $10, except for ACH Bank Transfer, Instant Deposit, and Wire Transfer, which are $1, $20, and $1,000, respectively. The maximum daily and monthly limit varies by method.
For withdrawals, OG supports ACH. Connect your bank account to OG via Plaid to process a withdrawal. Your first withdrawal may take 1 to 3 days for review before it's approved. Withdrawal processing takes 1 to 3 days to reach your bank account. The minimum transfer allowed per transaction is $100. OG also has maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits. Your bank may also charge a fee for withdrawal.
How to link your bank account for deposits and withdrawals
To deposit and withdraw on OG using methods like ACH Bank Transfer, you have to connect your bank account to OG via Plaid. Here's how to go about it:
Review your account to confirm that your bank account has been successfully connected.
OG offers live chat and email support
In the OG Help Center, I found the live chat feature. I first got assistance from the AI agent before I was connected to a customer support representative. During our conversation, I noticed that the rep takes 3 minutes to respond to my queries.
Also, I could connect with a live chat agent at any time. Moreover, there's also email support. I received more detailed responses via email. However, it took longer, even though responses came back within 24 hours.
The OG FAQ page is also worth assessing. There are helpful articles on funding, trading, rewards, and more. You can review these articles to find out whether your questions have been addressed. If unsatisfied, you may use the live chat or email option.
You can also follow the official OG page on X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
OG is legit for event contract trading
OG is powered by Crypto.com, which is regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). As a form of regulatory compliance, the prediction site requires traders to undergo identity verification before trading on event contracts, and trading may vary by jurisdiction due to regulatory restrictions.
For security, OG uses SSL encryption. By looking at the site's URL and spotting the padlock icon, I could tell my data was encrypted and secure. Plus, I found the option to enable 2-factor authentication in the “Security” section. Besides, OG is very transparent. When trading, the prediction site shows your potential profits, with settlement rules and fees that may apply stated upfront.
Prediction Trading is facilitated through Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA). Foris DAX Inc. and Foris Inc. (d/b/a OG ) provide access to CDNA, a platform regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), allowing users to trade derivatives in accordance with CDNA’s rules and regulations.
OG prediction markets categories
In case you're wondering what are the prediction market categories available on OG, I found sports, culture, crypto, politics, economics, financials, companies, and climate.
Sports
OG features basketball, Pro Basketball, baseball, Pro Baseball, College Baseball, golf, hockey, tennis, soccer, fighting, motorsport, and football, including Pro Football. They offer prediction markets such as moneyline, spread, total, and player props. During my review, live event contracts for tennis trading were available.
You can also build parlays on OG with a maximum of four conditions, and to do this, orders have to be placed in contracts. Moreover, the Parlay feature isn't available during live events. Plus, all conditions featured in your parlay have to be correct; otherwise, the entire parlay is settled as a loss.
Crypto
OG features prediction markets on tokens such as BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, and DOGE. Other tokens available include AVAX, DOT, SHIB, XLM, HBAR, CRO, SOL, ADA, and XRP. One of the markets available is the Bitcoin price at the End of 2026.
Politics
The political prediction markets on OG focus mainly on US political events. There are markets for governorship elections in different US states, such as California. Plus, I found only one international market: Brazil Presidential Election Winner 2026.
Culture
If you're interested in entertainment, the culture predictions market is where you can trade predictions on some trending topics. OG currently features a few markets in this category. I was able to trade predictions on Top Artist on Spotify 2026 and Video Game of the Year 2026.
Economics
On the OG trading platform, prediction markets such as US Recession by End of 2026, Fed Decision in Jun 2026, and ECB Interest Rates in Apr 2026 are featured. The available markets in this category are limited. I check the Financials and Companies categories for more related markets to trade event contracts.
Climate
OG has a climate predictions category, but it currently offers only a single market. You can trade yes or no event contracts on whether 2026 will rank among the hottest years on record.
Conclusion – OG features event contracts on sports, crypto, politics, and more
OG is a prediction market site where you can trade predictions on sports, crypto, politics, economics, culture and more. In sports, you can build parlays with up to four conditions. However, all your conditions have to be correct to avoid settling as a loss.
You can claim an introductory bonus on OG, thanks to the Trade $10, Get $10 Welcome Offer. Existing traders can participate in the site's referral program, which offers cash credits to both the referrer and the referee based on the referee's trading volume.
OG is very intuitive. Hence, trading predictions is easy whether on the site or app. Plus, pre-event and live-event trading feel the same on the site. I didn't experience any lag during my event contract trading sessions. Overall, my time on the site was both smooth and intuitive, which helped create a great user experience for me.
